Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Implay AI collects, uses, stores, and shares information related to your use of implay.ai and related tools.

1. Information we collect

Account information: when you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier.

Credits and membership information: we may process credit balances, Pro status, transaction-related records, and feature usage records.

Payment information: payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not directly store full payment card numbers.

Usage and device information: we may process pages visited, tool usage, browser type, device information, IP address, error logs, and security logs.

Cookies and local storage: we use these for sign-in state, theme preferences, guest usage counts, drafts, and tool settings.

User input: browser-based tools generally process content locally. Cloud AI features process the prompts, instructions, and related input you submit.

Contact information: if you email us, we process your email address and message.

2. Browser-based tools

Some tools are designed to run in your browser, including Markdown conversion, Reverse Text, Add Line Break, Text Encrypt, Write Online, and Image to ASCII.

For these tools, core content processing generally happens on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Some inputs, outputs, passwords, drafts, or settings may be saved in your browser's local storage to restore state or improve the experience. If you use a shared device, clear browser data after use.

3. Cloud AI features

AI Prompt Generator and similar features require cloud processing. Your submitted input may be sent to our servers and AI service providers to generate, rewrite, or improve prompts.

Please do not enter sensitive information, confidential materials, passwords, secret keys, or protected data that you do not want processed in the cloud.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide, operate, and maintain the website and tools; authenticate users; calculate credits; provide Pro access; process payments; grant credits; generate AI output; remember preferences; improve the experience; detect abuse, fraud, security risks, and errors; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share necessary information with infrastructure, hosting, database, security, analytics, sign-in, payment, and AI service providers; when required by law; to protect rights and safety; to investigate abuse; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage to remember theme preferences, sign-in state, guest usage counts, drafts, and tool settings.

You can delete or restrict these through your browser settings, but some features may not work as expected.

7. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy.

Account information is generally kept until it is no longer needed or the account is deleted. Transaction and security records may be kept longer for legal, accounting, or anti-abuse reasons.

Local storage content remains on your device until you or your browser delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, and limiting unnecessary processing.

No internet service can be perfectly secure. Avoid submitting highly sensitive content and keep your accounts, passwords, and devices secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information. You may also have rights to withdraw consent or object to certain processing.

To make a request, contact us at the email below.

10. California users

We do not sell personal information. If California privacy laws apply, you may request to know, access, delete, or correct personal information we collect, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

11. EEA and UK users

If GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases may include performing a contract with you, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in securing and improving the service.

Your information may be transferred to servers or providers outside your country or region.

12. Children's privacy

Implay AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

13. Third-party links

The website may contain third-party links or services. Third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

14. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continuing to use Implay AI after an update means you understand the updated Policy.
