Implay AI provides lightweight online tools, including Markdown to Rich Text, Write Online, Reverse Text, Text Encrypt, Add Line Break, AI Prompt Generator, Image to ASCII, and other text, image, or AI utilities we may add over time.

Some tools run directly in your browser. Some AI or Pro features may require sign-in, credits, or cloud processing.

Most basic tools can be used without an account. Certain features may require Google sign-in.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

Certain AI or Pro features may use credits. Credit amounts, pricing, included features, grants, and availability may change as the product evolves.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers. Unless a page states otherwise, purchased credits or services are not guaranteed to be refundable.

You keep your rights to content you enter, upload, process, or generate with Implay AI.

For browser-based tools, such as Markdown conversion, text encryption, reverse text, line breaks, writing, and Image to ASCII, core processing generally happens on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

For cloud AI features, such as AI Prompt Generator, your input may be sent to our servers and AI service providers so we can generate the requested output.

You may not use Implay AI for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or security-bypassing activity.

You may not misuse credits, attack or overload the service, scrape at scale without permission, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any output.

Implay AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process information.

For local encryption tools, you are responsible for keeping passwords safe. We cannot recover forgotten passwords or decrypt content without the correct password.

Implay AI's brand, interface, code, design, copy, icons, and other site materials are owned by Implay AI or its licensors.

You may not copy, sell, republish, or use our materials for a competing product unless allowed by law or written permission.

Our service may rely on third-party services, such as Google sign-in, payment providers, hosting providers, AI model providers, and external links.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We may limit or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, misused the service, or created risk for Implay AI or others.

Implay AI is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it useful, secure, and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-every-purpose operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or consequences arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Implay AI after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
